Are balloons biodegradable?

There are two types of balloons, Mylar and Latex
First...Mylar (sometimes called Foil) are not biodegradable, but can be recycled.
Second...Latex balloons are 100% biodegradable.

How long in advance should I place my order?

In order to allow enough time to work together on the details of your order, we recommend that all jobs be booked/confirmed at least two-three week in advance.

Is there a delivery and setup charges?

Your event location: This will help us determine the distance and any potential tolls or parking fees.
The desired setup date and time: This will influence our availability and potential additional charges for peak times or rush services.
The specific decorations you're interested in: This will help us assess the size and weight of the items, which can impact delivery and setup costs.

Please note:

We offer two setup options:
- Standard Setup (15% of the total cost): We'll deliver and set up your decorations.
- Setup & Take-down (25% of the total cost): We'll deliver, set up, and dismantle your decorations after the event.
Our delivery charge is $1.25 per mile.
Additional costs may apply for tolls, parking fees, or if we need to rent a larger vehicle to accommodate your decorations.

How and when do I have to pay?

To secure your event date and time, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of booking.

The remaining balance of 50% is due the day before your event.

What if I need to cancel?

Orders can be canceled 72 hours prior to the event, deposit are non refundable.

How long will the decor last?

That depends on the room temperature, weather, humidity conditions and if the décor is air-filled, or helium filled. A regular 11″ helium balloon has a lifespan of about 12-18 hours. We can extend the float time by use of Hi-Float, a polymer that is added to the balloon prior to inflation for an extra cost. This can increase the float time by several days. Air-filled décor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.
