There are two types of balloons, Mylar and Latex
First...Mylar (sometimes called Foil)  are not biodegradable, but can be recycled. 
Second...Latex balloons are  100% biodegradable. 

How long in advance should I place my order? 

In order to allow enough time to work together on the details of your order, we recommend that all jobs be booked/confirmed at least two-three week in advance. 

Yes...delivery and set-up charge are for decoration varies based on location and time frames. 

 Set-up Charge: 15% of the total cost  or Set-up & Take-down Charge: 25% of the total cost

 (Before delivery charge & tax) **Delivery $1.25 per mile ** 

 Plus: Tolls and Parking Fees Additional 

 ** Additional cost if over size truck rental required** 

Prices can change without notice!  

 Do the prices include removal of the décor? 

 NO, removal of décor is not included. A quote can be provided on this service if it's required. 

 In order to book your event we required a deposit of 50%, this locks you time & date of the event....the remaining balance is due the day before of the event. Payments can be made by credit cards, checks, cash. 

Orders can be canceled 72 hours prior to the event,  deposit are non refundable.  

That depends on the room temperature, weather, humidity conditions and if the décor is air-filled, or helium filled.   A regular 11″ helium balloon has a lifespan of about 12-18 hours.  We can extend the float time by use of Hi-Float, a polymer that is added to the balloon prior to inflation for an extra cost.  This can increase the float time by several days.  Air-filled décor can last for days or even weeks under the right conditions.
